We may also write the optimized content for your site with the right keyword stuffing and keyword density.
3) Keyword research, analysis and competitor analysis :
We do a detailed research to identify the best keywords for you. Keywords are probably one of the most important aspect of the seo process as, if a wise decision is not made in this regard, it may result in wastage of time and money.
We determine keywords on two aspects:
a)It is possible to get them ranked in top searches in all major search engines
b)The keywords do have a decent number of searches.
It is easy to rank top for something that has no searches, at the same time it is a wastage of time to run after keywords that are so competitive that they are never going to make it to the top or may take an eternity to get in top of the search results. So we consider both these factors while determining the best keywords for you.

After all the above work gets complete, it’s the time to make your site popular in the virtual world and increasing your link popularity. This includes submitting your site to Major directories like Dmoz and other seo friendly directories and 1-way link building in forums, discussion boards etc. Apart from this we may also promote your sites through creating several blogs and then popularizing those blogs which as a result will popularize your site. This blog and ping approach is a great way to promote your sites, though it does take more time than the other methods.

5) Traffic reporting :
This is an additional/optional service that only very few seo offers. After our main seo work gets completed, we can install traffic analyzers on your pages so that you can get a full idea of how your traffic (visitors) are coming from, online source where they come from, the location they come from, and the keywords they are searching for. This helps in further improvement of the site and for continuing seo effort as you can read your visitors behaviour like a book.
6) Maintenance of ranks :
Once your website achieves the desired ranks for your keywords, it needs consistent maintenance to maintain those ranks as seo is a continuous process

Timeline :
It mainly depends on your website, keywords to target and the age of your site/domain.
If it’s a new site we can bring most of your keywords in first page within 3 weeks in msn, within 2-2.5 months in yahoo, and it may take around 4-5 months for google.
If however the site is old and already indexed by google long back, then it will take much less time depending upon your current ranks.
